Member Benefits

Memberships are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. With a membership, you receive unlimited admissions to the Zoo and receive special discounts on food, merchandise, special events and activities. Brights Zoo membership benefits apply only to the cardholder for zoo entry and discounts. A membership is not transferable to another person, or to another zoo.

A membership for a family of four is $160. (additional children for $35 per child, must live in the same household)

A couple's membership is $95. (1 member can be added for $35)

Membership for a single individual is $69.95 (1 member can be added for $35)


 Membership Pass Benefits:
• Unlimited admission to the zoo throughout the season for the person named on the card
• Free stroller rental. Should you forget to bring your stroller, one stroller rental per family per visit. (First come first served availability.)
• 10% discount for special events
• 10% discount on private parties
• 10% discount for Private Safaris

Note: The Zoo is closed during the winter (typically from December 15th to March 15th).
 
To prevent waiting in line and to process your membership pass more quickly, please fill out the appropriate form completely. Pass cards can typically be made while you wait, or you can pick it up later.   If you had a membership the year before renewing we already have all of your infomation and will just need to print you a new card.

There are 3 ways to sign up for your membership cards.    

1.  Complete the form below and we will have all of your information entered when you come in for your visit.  (will save you a lot of time)

2.  Download the appropiate application form below and fax it, email it or drop it off.

3.  While visiting the zoo you can sign up in the gift shop.

 

 

 

A small fee will be charged for replacement passes. Stolen or lost passes should be reported to us. Some animals may not be available during inclement weather. The zoo reserves the right to close early when temperatures are below 50 degrees or due to heavy precipitation.

 

A Reminder to Members

As we near the new season, members should be mindful of the following:

► Zoo Member card holders must present member pass at the time of entry or admission fees will be required

► Member passes are valid for the person pictured on the card only

► Show Membership card before any purchases to receive member discount

► Zoo Member card is not valid for entry to special events requiring an event ticket like Boo at the Zoo

► Zoo membership is non-transferable, non-refundable, and revocable

► Replacement / Lost Card fee: $5

Note: Please do not use Google Maps as your GPS service for directions to Brights Zoo. Google Maps has our location wrong. We recommend using WAZE - click Android,  iPhone, or Windows for the app. 

Membership FAQ

Can I loan my membership card to a friend?

No, your membership card is only valid for the person listed on the card. Membership cards contain your name and photograph and must be presented to enter the zoo or receive discounts.

Can I use my membership card if I forgot it at home?

Yes, but you will need to present your photo ID and receive a free one-time courtesy look up. The courtesy look up applies to zoo entry only; no member discounts can be applied without a card.

What if I lost my membership card?

You can present a photo id and request a replacement card for $5 at the Gift Shop.

Can I use my membership card at other zoos?

Yes, at participating zoos. Check the reciprocal page for a list of zoos that offer benefits for Brights Zoo members. The list continues to grow and will be updated throughout the year. Most participating zoos offer a 50% discount toward admission for our members.
