Brights Zoo is pleased to offer a new behind-the-scenes penguin encounter. These can be booked through our gift shop (423-257-1927). This encounter must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and does not include admission into the zoo. (*Note: It is possible to do the penguin encounter and not the zoo. If you wish to also visit the zoo before or after your penguin encounter you would need to purchase admission tickets)
