1. I understand that I am responsible of all sales tax. State and local sales tax is .095%
2. I agree to have my exhibit set up and ready for viewing before the zoo opens on the day or days signed up for.
3. I agree to stay at least half of the day.
4. I understand that I should bring all needed display props, including tables, hanging materials and or folding chairs that I find necessary for my exhibits.
5. All vehicles must be removed from the park by 5:30 (exception for food trucks) the day of the vendor fair.
6. If for any cause whatsoever it becomes impossible, including inclement weather, to have the show, I understand this agreement is terminated and I will waive and al claims for damages.
7. Brights Zoo will provide no insurance; any insurance must be placed and paid for by the exhibitor. I hereby relieve the management of all responsibility in connection with the safekeeping of the property while said properties are on zoo grounds.
8. Brights Zoo will not be responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the exhibitor, or his/her employees on zoo grounds, from any cause whatsoever, while zoo premises are being occupied under this agreement.
9. I understand that reservations will be confirmed by mail, phone, or email. No refunds will be made unless the appication is not accepted, or weather cancels the event.
10. Arts and Crafts and commercial vendors must pay a $10 reservation fee. Food trucks on generator will be $10 and food trucks that are hooked to zoo power will be $25. This fee can be paid online through the zoo web site.
11. Arts and Crafts vendors please attach photos of your booth. Pease also complete a publicity information sheet.
12. Booth space allocated under this contract is for the exhibitor who signs the contract and may not be sub-leased to other people for display purposes.
13. Vendor fairs are not associated with zoo entrance. Vendor fairs are in the parking area only.
14. Brights Zoo can not produce monetary change for vendors. Please come prepared.
15. Vendor space for one vendor is 2 regular parking places. (exception for food trucks on power – we block off a section just for that food truck)
16. I agree to help keep and maintain zoo grounds, practicing all safety rules, particularly fire safety. This includes not bringing pets.
